Originally a French Country home, this property has been transformed into a warm and inviting family retreat. The culmination of years of meticulous planning and execution has resulted in a truly remarkable residence showcasing dynamic architectural features and unique design elements that captivate the eye. The Foundation

The comprehensive interior and exterior remodel commenced in April 2021. Included in this renovation was the installation of a new driveway crafted from a unique, golden-brown stone—a material that created texture in a place otherwise blank. The material is highlighted by the sunlight, complementing the home's natural exterior palette.

The Craftsmanship 

Seamlessly wrapping around the residence is the patio area. Overcoming the challenge of building on a natural slope required innovation and expertise, but the result speaks volumes. The back patio area features a built-in fireplace, creating an inviting ambiance for relaxation and comfort, making it the ideal setting for outdoor dining. The relaxing oasis features a wading pool enclosed in a stone material that mirrors the material featured on the front of the home. By incorporating cohesive and harmonious materials throughout the design of the residence, we were able to seamlessly integrate the home into its natural surroundings. 

The patio stands as a testament to our commitment to excellence, blending seamlessly into the surrounding landscape while providing a space for relaxation and enjoyment.
