Building On A Strong Foundation

Providing a new beginning for a family in montecito

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Mark Stewart Construction on this residential property that is currently under construction after the original home was destroyed in a past fire. After the owners experienced immense loss, it is has been important to provide a positive foundation and fresh start for their new home.

The Project

Our team completed the concrete in five pours: wall footings, cast in place concrete walls for the Garage and House, the continuous footings at interior and exterior, and 4" thick Garage and House slabs.

We worked strategically within a tailored schedule to ensure that each stage of the project fit together properly. Our team believes in practicing respect for everyone on site - from coworkers, general contractors, and clients, to nearby residents. With this standard top of mind, we were considerate of neighbors and ensured that our work minimized any inconveniences. With low-hanging oak trees encompassing the property, we carefully maneuvered our trucks, supporting the trees and lifting them over the vehicles when necessary. These intentional yet straightforward steps demonstrate our genuine care for clients and neighbors alike.

A foundation with a purpose

We are honored to play a role in providing a new beginning for a Montecito family. Starting from a firm foundation to help move forward after the tragic past of the home was a meaningful experience.

Stay tuned to see the final result of this important project as we have site work left to complete - future photos to come!
