Estimating

Led by Bob Martinez, who has been in the concrete industry for over 42 years, our estimating team clearly understands what it takes to break down a project and assign values to different components of the work. We establish trust by being transparent and straightforward in our communication. We ask the necessary questions to ensure that pricing is accurate and fair. Then, we create a detailed plan and get to work. 

Supervision

We demonstrate genuine care for our work by providing exemplary job site supervision and management. Our president, Matt Shaw, shows up every day to each project. Through being personally involved in scheduling and overseeing job sites, both Matt and Bob ensure first-class workmanship every time. Their accessibility to employees and clients alike means that our team works thoroughly and efficiently - this highlights our worth ethic and sets us apart from competitors.

Administration

Our billing is straightforward and fair, and we always include appropriate releases and required paperwork. Even when hired by a General Contractor, we remain mindful and aware of their client's specific needs and desires. In light of this, we pay our suppliers on time, giving the General Contractor the necessary paperwork to assure their client that all bills are being taken care of in a timely manner. 

Production

Partnering with some of Santa Barbara’s best contractors, we work on complex projects with aggressive schedules. We continually demonstrate dedication and qualified expertise to get the work done accurately and promptly. With our Class A General Engineer Contractor License along with our C-8 concrete license, we are able to offer all structural and architectural concrete services. Furthermore, this license gives us the unique ability to finish all aspects of the work from start to finish - removing any need to hire additional subcontractors to pick up where we left off.

Our People

Finally, we hire exceptional individuals who are hardworking, communicative, and respectful of everyone on-site - whether coworkers, general contractors, or clients. When working with a General Contractor, we understand that we represent their business and services while in the field.
